Welcome to the Lyon’s Gate Community Association. Lyon’s Gate is a large master-planned community consisting of 1,936 homes located in the Town of Gilbert, Arizona. Gilbert is a fast-growing and sought out suburb of Phoenix, Arizona.
Lyon’s Gate has three community pools, eight playgrounds equipped with picnic areas and grills, a clubhouse which can be rented out by residents, and countless greenbelts located throughout the community.
Lyon’s Gate is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors in partnership with Brown Community Management to ensure homeowners are well represented and that the needs of the neighborhood are met now and for years to come.
