Easter Egg Scramble
Hop on over to Lyon’s Gate Annual Easter Egg Scramble! On Saturday, March 30th, join us at the clubhouse volleyball courts (1811 S Martingale Rd.) for a morning of springtime fun!
Bring your own baskets for egg-cellent fun for all ages:
- 0-3 year olds: 9:00 AM
- 4-7 year olds: 9:45 AM
- 8+ years old: 10:30 AM
*Eggs per hunter will be limited depending on the number of participants.
The Easter Bunny can’t wait to see you in the clubhouse for photos from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM!
Don’t forget to bring your Easter baskets, it’ll be a bunny good time!
Community Yard Sale
Unearth forgotten gems or give pre-loved treasures a new life at the Lyons Gate Community Yard Sale! On Saturday, April 6th, it’s the perfect chance to clear out your space and find unique items from your neighbors.
Mark your calendars, and spread the word to fellow bargain hunters!
Also, come and join us for the Easter Egg Scramble on Saturday March 30th. Bulk trash placement starts on April 6th, with pick up scheduled for April 8th.

Easter Egg Scramble And Donations
🐰 EGG HUNT ALERT! 🐰 Did you know that our Annual Easter Egg Scramble includes over 3500 eggs? Our Easter Egg Scramble is back on March 30th, and we need YOUR help to make it egg-stra special!
Donate new or filled plastic eggs (no chocolate please!) for a super fun hunt. Filled eggs can be store bought or hand-stuffed. Drop-off at the clubhouse (1811 S Martingale Rd):
- Mon-Fri 8 AM – 4 PM (Feb 21st – March 8th)
- Thurs March 7th, 6 PM – 8 PM
- Or bring them to our Block Party at check-in, March 2nd!
Cash donations also welcome!

Block Party
Get ready for the ultimate neighborhood bash – it’s time for the annual Block Party, our biggest event of the year! On Saturday, March 2nd, from 1 PM to 5 PM at the Del Rio Park (1798 S Rockwell St), we’re turning our park into a celebration zone with free food and a lineup of activities that’ll make your weekend unforgettable. Here’s a sneak peek into the blockbuster festivities:
Enjoy an array of free, mouthwatering hamburgers and hotdogs, courtesy of Landcom! Be mesmerized by magical illusions from our magician or dance your heart out to the beats of our sensational DJ. Engage in an epic laser tag battle, and let your little ones explore a specially designed Soft Tot Lot, filled with gentle and plush play areas for their enjoyment. For bouncing enthusiasts, we’ve got not one, but TWO inflatable wonders – a bounce house for gravity-defying fun and bounce obstacle courses for a breathless challenge. Prepare to mercilessly DUNK your neighbors by testing your aim and your arm at our dunk tank!
Don’t forget to bring some shade and chairs to stay comfy in the sun. Also, if you’re planning to hit the bouncies or tot lot, bring your socks for extra bounce-tastic fun!

Princess Story Time
Calling all little royalty to embark on a captivating journey filled with fairy tales, adventure, and princess charm! Join us for a magical morning of enchantment at Princess Story Time on January 20th, from 9 AM to 10:15 AM, outside of our clubhouse (1811 S Martingale Rd). Our enchanting event promises a delightful experience as one of our beloved princesses joins us and reads us one of her favorite tales.
Don’t forget to bring jackets and a picnic blanket as we’ll be enjoying the enchantment outdoors! Let the warmth of the stories keep your hearts cozy, and ensure you’re prepared for the chilly weather.
Christmas Party
Join us for a magical holiday extravaganza that will make your Christmas dreams come true! On December 2nd at the clubhouse (1811 S Martingale Rd, Gilbert, AZ 85295) from 5 PM to 8 PM, our annual HOA Christmas event is back! Santa Claus himself will join us to spread festive cheer, ready to hear your Christmas wishes and pose for memorable photos. But that’s not all – get ready to embark on enchanting carriage rides through our neighborhood, creating a winter wonderland like no other. Finally, indulge your taste buds with the warmth of the season as we treat you to an array of free cookies and steaming hot cocoa (while supplies last).

Fall Festival
Mark your calendars for a delightful afternoon of festivities at our community’s eagerly awaited Fall Festival on Saturday, October 21st, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM at the Del Rio Park! Get ready to immerse yourself in a world of autumn magic, laughter, and community spirit.
Bring your own pumpkin to decorate at our pumpkin painting station- spooky or silly, we’ll have paint for you! Test your courage and riding skills on a mechanical bull or fly through a bouncy obstacle course presented by Bounce House Rentals Arizona! Get up close with adorable furry friends at our petting zoo by Kinsey Kountry Farm. We’ll have awe-inspiring superheroes to inspire us by The Enchanted Princess Company! Enjoy pay-for-self treats by our food trucks, Cutie’s Lemonade and Mustache Pretzels! Your kiddos will love to romp and play in our tot lot by Carousel Soft Play, or get ready for a burst of color and creativity as Candies Characters work their magic, transforming little faces into vibrant masterpieces. We’ll have whipped cream eating contests throughout the day, and for your musical enjoyment, DJ Emmett Florence has you covered.

Movie Night
Join us for a delightful evening of community bonding at our HOA Movie Night and Potluck on Sunday, November 5th!

Community Clean Up Day
Calling all residents! Let’s clean up our community! On September 23rd, starting at 7 AM, we want everyone to meet at a local park to clean up. We will have supplies at Del Rio at Ivanhoe and Rockwell; the Clubhouse at Ivanhoe and Colt; and the greenbelt at Vest and Martingale. Let’s walk the neighborhood to clean up trash, weeds, etc. We’ll bring gloves and trash bags, you bring yourselves! RSVP at the following form so we know to watch for you!

Ice Skating at AZ Ice Gilbert
Come and get a little chilly with the Lyon’s Gate Social Committee at AZ Ice Gilbert for ice skating! On September 16th from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, we will be renting one of the rooms for gathering and light refreshments. Please come prepared to pay the entrance fee ($10 or less) and ice skates ($3.50), each per person. A physical activity waiver will be required to be signed on entering the HOA rented room (on top of AZ Ice’s waiver).

Princess Story Time

Board Game Event
The Lyon’s Gate Social Committee is excited to invite you to our board game event! Come to the Clubhouse, 1811 S Martingale Rd., on Sunday, July 23rd between 2 PM and 5 PM. Bring your own games (at your own risk), and we will have some games provided. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet your neighbors and have some fun. We hope to see you there!
Paint Party June 2023

Back by popular demand, the Lyon’s Gate HOA Social Committee welcomes you to join us for our paint party event on Thursday, June 8th, 2023! Doors open at 6:15pm and painting will begin at 6:30pm. We will be painting Wildflower Marsh (i.e. Field of Flowers). Thank you to everyone who voted for our design! This event will be held in the comfortable air conditioning of the clubhouse located at 1811 S. Martingale Rd. Drinks and dessert will be provided courtesy of the Social Committee. Bingo Night May 2023
We are excited to announce that the Lyon’s Gate Social Committee will be hosting a Bingo event on Thursday, May 11th from 7:00 PM to about 8:00 PM. Doors open at 6:45 PM. The location will be at the Clubhouse, 1811 S Martingale Rd. This event is just for fun and we hope you will come out and join us for a great time!
We have some amazing gift cards that have been graciously donated by our vendors.
This event is free but seating is limited to the first 40 people.
RSVPs are required, walk-ins are not available.

Easter 2023
The Easter Bunny is coming to Lyon’s Gate Saturday April 8th from 9-11am so plan to hop on over to the Clubhouse @1811 S. Martingale Rd!
We will have an egg scramble type hunt that includes 3 different age groups with different start times. All hunts will take place by the volleyball court this year. Don’t forget a basket or a bag to collect your eggs.
Stop inside the Clubhouse and meet the Easter Bunny and feel free to snap a photo while you’re there. We will have crafts, face painters, balloon twisters to add to the FUN!
There will be DELICIOUS treats and drinks to purchase from Eggsquisite Sweets and U-Thirsty.
Invite a neighbor, bring the kids and we look forward to seeing you soon!

Block Party 2023
This is the perfect opportunity to come together as a community, have some fun, and get to know your neighbors better.
We have planned an incredible day filled with activities that are sure to be a hit with EVERYONE of all ages. We’ll have a petting zoo where you can get up close and personal with some furry friends, and axe throwing for those who want to test their aim. There will also be a trackless train ride for the little ones, face painting for the creative types, and an inflatable obstacle course that will provide hours of fun and laughter.
No party would be complete without food, and we have you covered there too! We’ll be serving up burgers, hot dogs, soda, and water for everyone. One meal IS included and available per resident. Additionally, we’ll have ice cream, cotton candy and a few other desserts for those with a sweet tooth and lemonade to quench your thirst. All desserts and lemonade will be sold by Big Mamma’s Desserts, Circus Treats Cotton Candy and Cuties Lemonade and is ALL self pay by the individual resident and not included as part of the free offerings. .
To top it all off, we’ll have a talented DJ on hand to provide the perfect soundtrack for the day. So bring your dancing shoes and get ready to move!
It’s going to be a day to remember, filled with fun, food, and community spirit.
