They assumed that role on November 1st, 2020, following the sudden resignation of our previous management company. This conversation took place on Wednesday, January 13th at BCM’s offices in Mesa.

Hello Lyon’s Gate and Happy New Year! Now that Brown Community Management is firmly in place here at Lyon’s Gate, future HOA News posts that would previously have been posted here, will now be posted on the Lyon’s Gate Resident Portal only. During the transition to Brown Management, information to residents has been conveyed by both the new Resident Portal (which includes email notifications) and here, via HOA News, resulting in duplication of emails to residents. This was done intentionally to ensure information was communicated to residents without interruption during the transition.
Now that Brown Community Management is established in Lyon’s Gate and doing such a good job of communicating with us, it’s no longer necessary to post news and event items in both locations. Moving to the Resident Portal exclusively will eliminate duplicate postings at separate locations as well as duplicate email notifications being sent to residents with each new post. It will also give us one location for reading and reviewing HOA news and events.
If you need assistance in accessing the Resident Portal, Marlen will be happy to help you. She can be reached during normal business hours via email at marlen.rasmussen@brownmanagement.com or by phone at 480-339-8832.
The HOA office and clubhouse will be closed December 24th and 25th in observance of Christmas. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from the Lyon’s Gate HOA and Brown Community Management!

The winners of this first round are Timothy and Lindsay Rickels! Congratulations! Our next round of the raffle has started and the next 50 residents to send management a ballot via drop-off during business hours at the clubhouse, or email, fax, or mail it to Brown Community Management’s physical address (addresses are at the bottom of this page) will be entered to win a $25.00 dollar gift card. To date, we have received 64 of the 194 ballots needed to make quorum.

The open meeting of the HOA Board of Directors is tonight at 7:00 PM at the community clubhouse located at 1811 S. Martingale Road. For those attending in person, social distancing will be observed in accordance with CDC guidelines. For those attending remotely, the instructions for connecting remotely are linked below as well as the homeowner packet.
It’s that time of the year again, Annual Meeting time and your participation is very much needed this year. We need ballots! The annual meeting and Board candidate vote will be December 2nd at 7:00 PM at the clubhouse. Sign-in begins at 6:45 PM. Ballots will be counted at this meeting.
The Association has 1936 members. According to the Association Bylaws, 10% of those eligible to vote constitutes a quorum in order for the meeting to be held. Therefore, 194 Homeowners (if all 1936 members are in good standing) must be represented, in person or by absentee ballot, at this Annual Meeting in order for it to be officially recognized. So, if you are unable to attend the meeting please return your signed absentee ballot (linked below) to one of the addresses (physical or email ) noted on the ballot to be used for quorum. You may even consider snapping an image of it with your phone or tablet and sending it via email. It’s very easy and as long as it is legible and a clear image, we can use it and make it count.
The Association will be starting a series of raffles soon to help generate some excitement and competition on who can get their ballots into the Association first. You can expect more information to come your way soon. In the meantime, let’s start with this…. The first 50 residents to send management a ballot via drop-off during business hours at the clubhouse, or email, fax, or mail it to Brown Community Management’s physical address (Mesa) will be entered to win a $25.00 dollar gift card. We will announce the next raffle soon…. Happy ballot returning!
